WHAT IS THE COST FOR ENTRY INTO THE FUN FACTORY?

• Our fee for entry is ($24.99 + tax) per person for 2 hours of unlimited play for all games. This price is for those that would like to play the games. If you are an adult or legal guardian accompanying a child and will not be playing any of the games then it is Free to Enter.
  
  Each player will receive a bracelet. You will need a bracelet in order to play any of the games.
  
  If your child is 2 years of age or under (younger than 3 years old) it is FREE Entry with a paid Entry FEE (Older sibling or accompanying guardian). Children under (3) years of age will not be permitted on the Bouncy Castles due to insurance reasons. We don't want to see any little ones getting hurt.

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR GAMES AND PLAY AREAS WITHIN THE FUN FACTORY?

• All games are for all ages except for the Bouncy Castles. The Age limit for the Bouncy Castles is 3-12 years of age.

CAN I HOLD A PRIVATE PARTY EVENT AT THE FUN FACTORY?

• Of course, we have 2 unique rooms designated for your special event. Each one comes with space for up to 18 people & they come pre-stocked with Essential party supplies, including table covering, cups, plates, plastic utensils, and napkins.

DO PRIVATE BIRTHDAY PARTIES HAVE SPECIAL ACCESS TO THE GAMES AREA?

• For Private Parties, You have your own private room for 2 hours to hold your birthday party or special event for you and your family & friends. You also have full access to the play area for those 2 hours which includes sharing the play area with individual paying patrons as well. We have plenty of games to choose from to allow for multiple party groups and walk-in patrons.

HOW DO I BOOK MY PRIVATE EVENT AT THE FUN FACTORY?

• Simple, You can book directly on our website. Just click on Bookings in the navigation menu or the booking icon on mobile, and then fill out the information needed. Once you have submitted your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your booking information included.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

• Great question, we are currently open Wednesday to Sunday each week. Currently our business hours are as follows:
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - CLOSED
Wednesday - CLOSED
Thursday - 3PM - 8PM
Friday - 3PM - 9PM
Saturday - 10AM - 9PM
Sunday - 10AM - 6PM

DO YOU HAVE FOOD OR DRINKS AT THE FUN FACTORY?

• We offer a selection of delicious Snacks & Beverages for your consumption, we also have a sit down area for you to enjoy your meal or to relax. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the building (Except for private party functions)

WHAT GAMES DO YOU HAVE TO PLAY?

• We have many games for you and your friends & family to play. Racing games, bowling games, basketball and many more, stay tuned for more games to come as well!
  
  Come check us out anytime during business hours. You will need to purchase a bracelet to be able to play any of the exciting games that we offer.

HOW DO THE BRACELETS WORK?

• Its simple. Each player will need to purchase a bracelet in order to play the games. A bracelet gets you 2 hours of unlimited play on all the games. You will be given a bracelet when you purchase an entry into the Fun Factory.
  
  You will notice that your bracelet is a certain color!
  
  Inside the Fun Factory, we have 4 screens in all corners of the play area. On these screens you will notice a color background. When the color of the background matches the color on your bracelet that means that your time is up and you can proceed to the front entrance and let us know about your experience.
  
  Following this rule helps to allow others to enjoy the facility and take part in the exciting games and events. We appreciate your cooperation and hope that everyone has fun!

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE SOCKS FOR MY LITTLE ONE TO PLAY?

• There are no shoes allowed in the play area. You can wear your own socks, or purchase a pair of our half-grip socks for wearing within Fun Factory. The socks are unique, in that, they have grips on the bottom for when a child is playing in the bouncers within the Fun Factory.
  
  They are a requirement in order to play in the bouncers. They are specific half-grip socks. This means that half the bottom of the sock has grip material for inside bouncers. Full grip socks are not permitted due to the potential for poor sliding or damage within bouncers. (half-grip & 3/4 grip socks do not have grip on the heal of the sock and allow the wearer to slide down the slides unhindered) You can always re-use them or if you have your own half-grip or 3/4 grip socks, you can bring them along and use them in the play area as well.

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS TO THE BUILDING?

• Of course, we have a wheel chair accessible area on the East(left) side of the building as you pull into the parking lot. An elevator will bring you up and into the play area where you will have access to all of the games. Once you enter the building, you can make your way to the front counter for your bracelet.

WHY DID YOU OPEN THE FUN FACTORY IN MIRAMICHI?

• Our family is from here and we wanted to bring some more added fun to the Miramichi for everyone. We enjoyed all of these games growing up and hope that you and your family can enjoy them as well.
