Terms and Conditions for Miramichi Fun Factory

1. Definitions • "Business": Refers to Miramichi Fun Factory, which operates bounce house and arcade facilities. • "Customer": Refers to any individual or entity utilizing the services. • "Equipment": Refers to bounce houses, arcade machines, and any other related items used by the Customer.

2. Booking and Rental • Reservation: Reservations for Miramichi Fun Factory are accepted based on availability. • Payment: $50 deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. • Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeit of deposit.

3. Use of Equipment • Safety Guidelines: Customers must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the business. • Supervision: Adequate adult supervision is always required during the use of bounce houses, especially when children are present. • Damage: Customers are liable for any damage caused to the equipment due to misuse or negligence.

4. Liability • Assumption of Risk: The Customer acknowledges the risks associated with using bounce houses and arcade equipment and assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred. • Indemnity: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Miramichi Fun Factory from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the Customer’s use of the equipment.

5. Privacy • Data Collection: Miramichi Fun Factory may collect personal information from Customers for booking. • Privacy Policy: Miramichi Fun Factory adheres to a privacy policy outlining how personal information is collected, used, and stored. By agreeing to these terms, the Customer also agrees to the business’s privacy

6. Agreement • By booking equipment or utilizing services from Miramichi Fun Factory, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

7. Miscellaneous Amendments: The business reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on the business’s website or other prominent location.

8. Use of bouncy castles: I agree that my child(ren) are between 3-12 years of age.

9. Laser Tag: I agree that the participant(s) are 6 years of age or older.
